In this role he was also responsible for the laboratory activities of the company and ad interim for 10 months for the consultancy activities.
In earlier executive HR roles at Stork, Logica / CGI, Stork Power Services, Strukton / Stork Worksphere and Proces Management & Control, he held responsibility for regional and divisional HR leadership, HR transformation, recruitment and resourcing, compensation and benefits, employee potential and succession processes, organizational change, management team participation, cost-reduction programmes, performance and development cycles, HR dashboards, due diligence and integration projects.

Non executive role
As a Member of the Supervisory Board of Royal GD Animal Health, he has contributed to executive oversight, governance professionalization, executive team restructuring, CEO succession, executive remuneration, senior management succession planning, human capital strategy, culture and values, and employee engagement. His supervisory responsibilities include advising and challenging the executive management team and supporting long-term leadership continuity.
